Olivia est née à Brooklyn, New York en 1981 d'ascendance Jamaïcaine, Dominiquaine et Indienne.

Femme fatale du repertoire Rap/R'n'b elle se situe vers une voix suave et sexy proche de Janet Jackson ou les TLC. Elle développa son chant à la chorale de l'Eglise et en chantant pour ses amis des chansons de Michael Jackson, adolescente elle prit des cours de piano, de guitare et de chant. Elle se révèle en aout 2000 en signant un deal chez Clive Davis' Records avant de voir son premier titre "Bizounce" sortir en avril 2001.


Puis elle signe chez G-Unit Records et apparait dans The Massacre et explose littéralement dans "Candy Shop"!!! Son premier album solo est avenir d'ici fin Mai 2005
